Plymouth State University offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in General Management for students who hold a baccalaureate degree and would like to gain a strategic, in-depth understanding of business to support their personal and professional goals.

The MBA is 36 credits total and 6 of those credits are cornerstone courses. Students possessing an undergraduate degree in business may have the option to waive these Cornerstone courses after an assessment of their undergraduate coursework and grades by the Admissions Review Board. 4+1 In-Person Cohort

Plymouth State has launched a new in-person cohort for the MBA in General Management. It is a one year intensive cohort designed for all students. You do not need a business degree or background.

While this program has been set up for current PSU students who will be completing their bachelor’s degree in May of each year, it is also open to anyone who wishes to complete the MBA program through an intensive face-to-face format on campus.

Most classes will be delivered in-person through small classes on our Plymouth, NH campus. You will travel through the courses together, allowing for a personal and friendly learning environment, where you will work closely with our experienced faculty who offer a wide array of business expertise.

Experiential Learning – You will learn by doing, playing a strategic managerial role in projects with real businesses. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to integrate your own business or start-up ideas into classwork making the program relevant and individualized for your personal career goals.

Non-Business Disciplines – Even if you have no business background, Plymouth’s MBA program will work for you. We offer two preparatory online classes taken before the cohort begins to provide you the necessary foundation and knowledge to be successful.

*International students who are interested in studying in the US, should contact the Graduate Admissions Office for more information about the in-person MBA cohort option.
